My only fear is that Watch The Throne could go the way of The Roots and John Legend collaboration Wake Up! The Roots seemed to have put everything into How I Got Over and fell a little flat on the team up. The difference? I've never heard Kanye not out everything into his music. Kanye has disappointed me many times, just never musically. The other thing to keep in mind is that Wake Up! was a cover of protest songs from the 1970s, and it's hard to be compared to originals. Kanye and Jay-Z collaboration with be all new, aside from the samples.

Watch The Throne
I feel like 2011 is going to be a great year in music. After waiting two years between 808s and Heartbreaks and My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy it looks like we're only going to have to wait mere months for the next Kanye project. Even better is we're waiting less than a year for the next Jay-Z project. Even better? We Are The Throne is a Jay-Z and Kanye West collaboration that is probably going to blow all of our minds. AND at a New Years Eve party in Las Vegas Mr. West said "Watch The Throne coming in one week". Does this mean we will see it next week? I will actually be pretty surprised if we do, but I bet it will be released by the end of spring. What could be better than melting snow and returning to the outdoors with a new Kanye and Jay-Z album?
